Is Hat Düştü free?
Yes, the game is free to download and play. You can optionally buy gems in the game; gems are only used for cosmetic items and crates and give no gameplay advantage.
How many players?
A match has 4 to 8 players. If there aren't enough people, Quick Play fills the empty spots with bots. To play with friends, create a room and invite them.
Why does it need the microphone?
Hat Düştü is a voice party game: players talk on the phone and to people nearby. Your voice is streamed live and never recorded. Without microphone permission you can still play by listening.
Why can't I see my score?
On purpose! Scores stay hidden until the end of the match, so nobody can relax. After 7 games, the ranking is revealed from last to first.
Do I need an account?
No, you can play right away as a guest. With an account your character, gems and items follow you to other devices. If you create an account while playing as a guest, your progress moves to the new account.
My purchased gems didn't arrive.
Check your internet connection and restart the game. If it still doesn't work, send us a screenshot of the purchase receipt and your username and we'll add them to your account. Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play.
How do I report or block someone?
During a match, tap the player's name and choose REPORT or BLOCK on their card. You won't hear players you block, and they can't send you requests or invites. Our team reviews every report.
How do I delete my account?
In the game go to Settings → Account → Delete account, or use the account deletion page. That page explains which data is deleted and what is kept.
The game lags or my phone gets hot.
Set Settings → Display → Graphics quality to "Battery saver". It turns off shadows and heavy effects so the game runs smoothly even on older phones.
I got disconnected. What happens to the match?
If you come back within 45 seconds, you continue where you left off. Just reopen the game.
